We collect orders, coordinate timelines, and stay connected to our shipping companies to make sure your order arrives in good condition and in good time. We work with a variety of shipping companies that we have created personal relationships with-  A personal relationship with the shipper helps make sure your items are safe while transported.

Orders that go further than Anchorage are shipped by the method that works best for you- we ship all over Alaska. Bush Orders encouraged!


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours after making payment for a full refund. 

After 24 hours, cancellations can be made on a case-by-case basis. Each retailer has a different policy - your order cancellation, refund, and other terms are defined by the retailer we are purchasing from.  

Can I get a refund or return my items?

Due to the unique nature of our service, your product is not refundable nor returnable to Constellation Shopping & Design. In cases of damage or defect, please see below.

What if I'm missing parts?

We carry a stock of extra hardware just for these occasions! Please get in touch if you're missing something. If there is a problem with your order (missing parts or manufacturer defect) we will work with the store on your behalf to correct your order. 

What if my order is damaged?

We work with our shippers to ensure all product arrives free of damage. However, if your order is damaged during shipping, we will notify you immediately. Constellation Shopping & Design will work on your behalf to receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. (If very minor damage has occurred, we will contact you to determine the best course of action.)

Do you deliver?

Yes! We work with an amazing team of professionals to deliver your items quickly, efficiently, and in great shape. Our delivery area stretches from Whittier to Big Lake, including JBER! If you want delivery, simply check the appropriate box in our Estimate Request Form and we will include the cost of delivery in your estimate! 

Please remember we can ship anywhere in Alaska, so if you're outside of our delivery area, just let us know and additional shipping costs will be included in your estimate.

  • What does delivery include?

Delivery includes us bringing your items to your home or business at a time convenient for you, and leaving them at an easy to access spot - perhaps in the garage or in your entry way. This is typically called Threshold Delivery. It does not include unpacking or disposing of packing materials. 

  • How much does delivery cost?

The cost of delivery depends on your location and what you are ordering. All of that is taken into account based on the information you give us in your estimate request! 

Can you assemble my order?

Assembly can be added to delivery orders. *Special Note: If picking up your order, assembly is not available. 

  • What does assembly include?

Assembly comes with several benefits. Not only are we putting together your furniture for you, but it will be placed where you want it and all debris and packing materials will be removed. 

  • How much does assembly cost?

The fee varies based on the time it takes to complete the project. Please let us know if you would like your order assembled when you place your order!

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! Pick up in Anchorage is always FREE! However, please make sure you'll be in Anchorage within a week of your order arriving.

We can ship your purchase anywhere in Alaska. Bush orders encouraged! 

When will I get my order?

There are a lot of factors that effect how long it takes to get your order. Once we have your estimate complete, we usually have an approximate timeframe. Please ask if you're not sure!
